2. Services Provided

BuySocialMediaGrowth provides social media marketing services including but not limited to:

• Social media followers, likes, views, and engagement services
• Promotion services for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, Twitter/X, Facebook, Twitch, etc.)
• Digital marketing and growth services

All services are provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes.

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Supply correct profile URLs and contact information
• Account Ownership: Only order services for accounts you own or have explicit permission to manage
• Public Profiles: Maintain public profile settings during service delivery
• Compliance: Ensure your content complies with all applicable platform terms and laws
• No Misuse: Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes

4. Service Delivery

• Timeframes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on platform availability and order volume
• Gradual Delivery: Services are delivered gradually over 24-72 hours to ensure natural growth patterns
• Start Time: Most orders begin processing within 24 hours of payment confirmation
• No Password Required: We never ask for your account passwords or login credentials

5. Payment Terms

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
• Payment Confirmation: Orders begin processing only after successful payment
• Promo Codes: Discount codes may have usage limits and expiration dates
• No Chargebacks: Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available under specific circumstances:

• Order Not Started: If your order has not begun processing within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)
• Service Not Delivered: If no portion of your order has been delivered after the estimated delivery timeframe
• Significant Under-Delivery: If you received less than 50% of your ordered quantity and order is marked as complete

NON-REFUNDABLE Situations:

• Services that have already started or been delivered (partially or fully)
• Account balance top-ups or credits
• Orders where the account was made private, deleted, or username changed during delivery
• Orders with incorrect profile URLs provided by customer
• Services affected by platform policy changes or restrictions
• Natural drops or decreases after delivery completion (covered by refill policy instead)
• Dissatisfaction with the quality of engagement after delivery
• Change of mind after order processing has begun
• Orders older than 14 days from purchase date

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued at our sole discretion based on the percentage of service delivered. All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of order placement.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

To request a refund, contact support@buysocialmediagrowth.com with your order number and detailed explanation. All refund requests are subject to verification and approval.

7. Refill Guarantee

We offer a limited refill guarantee for qualifying services. Refills are provided ONLY if you experience a drop of 20% or more of the delivered quantity within the specified timeframe.

Refill Eligibility Requirements:

• Drop Threshold: Minimum 20% drop from the delivered amount (not the ordered amount)
• Reporting Window: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery completion
• Service-Specific Timeframes:
  • Followers/Subscribers: 7-day refill guarantee
  • Likes/Views: 3-day refill guarantee
  • Comments/Engagement: No refill guarantee (one-time delivery)

Refill Conditions:

• Account must remain public and active with the same username
• Content must remain compliant with platform policies
• No changes to profile privacy settings during or after delivery
• Account must not be flagged, restricted, or banned by the platform
• Original content must not be deleted or made private
• Only ONE refill per order (no multiple refills)
• Refill requests must include screenshot proof of the drop

Services NOT Covered by Refill Guarantee:

• Promotional/discounted orders
• Custom or special requests
• Services marked "No Refill" in product description
• Drops caused by platform purges or policy changes
• Accounts that violated platform terms of service

Important: Natural fluctuations of less than 20% are normal and expected. Refills are processed at our discretion after verification. After the guarantee period expires, no refills will be provided regardless of drop percentage.

8. Account Safety & Security

• No Password Required: We never ask for account passwords or login credentials
• Platform Compliance: All methods comply with platform terms of service
• Real Users: Services use real, active accounts - never bots or fake profiles
• Account Safety: While we use safe methods, you use our services at your own risk
• No Liability: We are not responsible for account suspensions or bans (extremely rare)

9. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our services for:

• Accounts you do not own or have permission to manage
• Content that violates platform policies or local laws
• Harassment, hate speech, or illegal activities
• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Reselling our services without written permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and no refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BuySocialMediaGrowth and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

• Specific results or follower retention rates
• Compatibility with all platforms at all times

14. Third-Party Platforms

Our services involve third-party social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms. Changes to platform policies may affect service delivery.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Platform API changes or restrictions
• Natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of God
• Government actions or regulations
• Internet outages or technical failures

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
